The Aggies scored 56 points to beat Manton, which had 76 points.
Emily Steffke was second in 21:16, Maggie Kolb third in 21:19 and Hannah Neyer sixth in 21:46 for Beal City.
Beal City was second in the boys race, losing 39-52 to Evart.
Nick Pung was fourth in 17:33 to lead the Aggies. Charlie Clark was fifth in 17:45.
