Big Rapids has won honors in boys soccer and girls golf from the Central State Activities Association this season.
Big Rapids won the conference in both sports.
Justin Fox coached the Cardinal soccer team that won the CSAA league with four first-team players in Kyle Brady, Jimmy Morningstar, Ryan Mackall, Scott VanderSloot and Brad Walling. Big Rapids also had Seth Stratz, Mark Wissink, Caleb Newlin, Geoffrey Pisani and Ryan Joseph on the honorable mention list.
Mark Posey coached the girls team for Big Rapids that won the golf title. Molly Schofield was medalist of the team. Haley McKenna and Alexis Dawkins were also on the first team. A.J. Stephens was on the second team.
