Rockford is still alive in the Class A volleyball tournament.
The Rams were district champions last week at Forest Hills Northern with a 3-0 sweep over the Huskies and now has a record of 42-12-0. FHN ended its season at 39-10-0.
Rockford won its games 25-10, 25-21, 25-15. Abby Carlson had two aces, 37 assists and three blocks for Rockford while Sarah Hayataka had 13 digs, Toryanna DeYoung had eight kills, Chloe Vanderweide had 10 kills and three blocks and Shannon Winicki contributed 17 kills.
Rockford is at the Caledonia regional this week and will play Grand Haven in a semifinal round match.
