Clare fell to 0-2 with a narrow 15-14 loss to Beal City on Friday. The Pioneers played defending Division 6 champs Ithaca in week one and reigning Division 8 runners-up Beal City in week two. Against the Aggies, Ryan Seiter had a 2-yard rushing TD for Clare while Will Boberg had a 1-yard run. Clare had a 14-0 lead at one time.
