DREAM TEAM
Tania Davis, 5’3″ sr. G Goodrich: Davis was voted Miss Basketball this season and averaged 20 points and five assists per game. A multi-dimensional point guard, she had an outstanding 5-to-1 assist to turnover margin. She will be playing in college at the University of Iowa.
Erika Davenport, 6’0″, sr. F Clarkston: A Miss Basketball finalist, Davenport averaged 22 points and 12 rebounds per game this season. She scored over 1,500 points during her high school career and will be playing college basketball at Marquette University.
Reyna Frost, 6’1″ sr. C Reese: Frost helped lead Reese to memorable seasons the last four years. A Central Michigan University recruit, she helped Reese go 73-6 during her four years on the varsity. Frost averaged 22 points, 14 rebounds, and 5.6 blocked shots this season.
Tara Lierman, 5’7″, sr. G Holt: Lierman finished her career as Holt’s all-time leader in both points and assists. Lierman, who will be playing her college basketball at Grand Valley State University, averaged 22 points and six assists per game this season and also accomplished a rare quadruple double.
Halee Nieman, 5’11”, sr. F 6th player Bullock Creek: A four-year varsity player, Nieman helped lead Bullock Creek to a pair of final fours in Class B and to a record of 88-11 the past four years. This season, the versatile forward averaged 15 points, five rebounds, and four assists per game. She will be playing at Saginaw Valley State University next year.
Makenna Ott, 5’10”, sr. G Haslett: Injuries have been the only thing that have stopped Ott, who helped lead Haslett to the Class B title game this season. She averaged 14 points per game this season. A versatile player, she will be playing at Hillsdale College next year.

Coach of the Year: Bob Anderson, Ithaca: Anderson turned in a memorable year with the Yellowjackets. Ithaca won a conference title for the first time since 2001 and also won a district title. Anderson set a new record for most games coached in a career and was named the Class C Coach of the Year.
