The Chesaning Boys Golf Team File
The Chesaning boys golf team ended the season on a strong note. It placed third at the Division 3 regional at The Sawmill to earn a trip to the Division 3 state finals. Ben Kasik shot an 81 to place seventh at the regional, while Eddie Murphy shot an 87 to place in the top 20. Murphy and Kasik also led the way at the state meet, as Murphy shot a 170 and Kasik was one shot behind with a 171.

The New Lothrop Boys Golf Team File
Led by seniors Cody Lennox and Logan Kulhanek, the New Lothrop boys golf team earned a trip to the Division 4 state golf finals. Lennox shot an 85 to place fourth at the regional, while Kulhanek shot an 89 to place sixth. Those scores helped New Lothrop place third overall and to earn a berth at the state finals. Lennox led the way at the state tournament, as he shot a two-day total of 181.

The Jagger Richards File
Laingsburg golfer Jagger Richards finished the season in a big way. He fired a 74 to finish third as an individual at the Division 3 regional at The Sawmill and earn a trip to the Division 3 state finals as an individual. Richards’ score helped the Wolfpack placed fourth as a team at the regional. Richards wrapped up the season by shooting a two-day total of 154 at the state meet to place sixth overall.

The Noah Jacobs File
Corunna sophomore distance runner Noah Jacobs ended the track season atop the state in Division 2. He won the 3200-meter run at the state finals with a time of 9:27.49. Jacobs was also a regional champion in the 3200 this season. He won the 1600-meter run at the MITCA state meet with a time of 4:27.5 and helped the Corunna boys to an 8th-place finish at the meet.
