Ithaca won its fifth Division 6 state title in the last six seasons with a 27-20 win over Clinton at Ford Field Friday night
Both teams entered the game 13-0.
Ithaca trailed 7-0 at halftime and 13-0 early in the third quarter. But Ithaca scored 27 unanswered points including 21 in the third quarter. Jake Smith had runs of 14, 11 and 1 yard and passed 18 yards to Spence DeMull for another touchdown.
Smith ran for 126 yards and passed for 180. DeMull caught four passes for 89 yards.
