Big Rapids cross country team competed at its first meet on Aug. 26. “Many athletes have set new personal records and beaten last season times. Individual medalist winners were Meghan Langworthy by setting a NEW school record placing 13th and Logan Williams placed 27th,” Big Rapids coach Chase Gibson said. The boys team placed 11th, and the girls team placed 12th out of 17 schools.
