Shepherd lost to Alma 48-28 in football action on Sept. 22. Johnny Lynch had a 50-yard run for a touchdown and also threw an 11-yard pass to Andrew Gauther. Shepherd also had a 49-yard interception return for a touchdown. Lynch also threw a 3-yard pass to Travis Cochran.
