Beal City scored 26 points to take seventh place in the Division 4 girls track and field finals on this summer at Hudsonville. Angela Kotecki was fourth in the 200-meter dash (26.11) and first in the 400-meter dash (57.53). Ashley Reihl was sixth (47.56) in the 300 hurdles. The 1,600-meter relay of Ashley Reihl. Jesse Pratt, Amy Schwerin and Angela Kotecki (4:14.26) was second in the (4:14.26). The top eight earn all-state honors.
