Owosso girls golf team traveled to Dutch Hollow golf course in Durand and came away with an thrilling victory in a non-conference match-up against the Railroaders. Maddie Krantz earned medalist honors for the day by shooting a personal best, great round of 44. Izzey Newbury continued her solid play with an outstanding 47. Newbury chipped in again to showcase her talents around the green. Sophomore Elizabeth Tolrud contributed to Owosso’s team total of 202 with a personal best 55. Rounding out the scoring was Kennedy Peplinski with another personal best 56. Durand finished the day with a team total 213.
