TVC teams did very well for Division 3 boys in the state cross country finals at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday.

Shepherd took third place as a team at 195. Caro won at 61. Ithaca was 12th place with 375.

Ransom Allen of Ithaca was fifth (16:14.2). Also for Ithaca, Braxton Lamey was 39th (17:08.5). Dane Nestle was 23rd for Shepherd (16:49.9). Ross McNeel was 59th (17:16.3).

 

TVC teams had a big day for Division 3 girls in the state cross country finals at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday. Shepherd was sixth, St. Louis 10th, and Ithaca 14th.

For Shepherd, Amber Gall was second (17:53.6), Haley Hegenauer 27th (19:58.3), and Madde Skeel 36th (20:18).

For St. Louis, Libby Mundeloh was eighth (19:15.1), Mikenna Borie 22nd (19:53) and Brooklyn Filipiak 106th (21:14.3).

For Ithaca, Lani Bloom was sixth (19:04.1) and Abi Whiteford 41st (20:20).

 

TVC runners got the job done in the Division 2 boys state cross country finals at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday. Alma was 25th as a team. For Alma, Justin Fachting was 71st (17:01.1) and Carlos Espinoza was 106th (17:12.5). Scott Nedoff of Frankenmuth was 111th (17:15.3).

 

The TVC was well represented in the Division 2 girls state cross country finals at Michigan International Speedway on Saturday. Freeland took 15th place out of 27 teams. For Freeland, Kiera Hansen was 21st (19:14.0), Whitney Farrell 48th (20:00.7) and Allyson Harvey 79th (20:43.40).
