CCA wins road match

The Crossroads Cougars were on the road for the first time in a month and lost to Marion 3-0. The girls started off slow and couldn’t get a lead in the first set, losing 14-25. Enthusiasm was low going into the second set as CCA started 1-8, but Natalie Chapman brought CCA back from 9-16 to 15-16. However, CCA struggled to shut down Marion’s big hitter, and fell again in sets 2 and 3.

Natalie Chapman had five aces and three kills on the night while Triston Murray had 20 digs, five kills and two aces.
