Cedar Springs

Boys Varsity Basketball

Cedar Springs battled Jenison Friday night that led to an exciting overtime.  Neither team seemed to gain the upper hand until Cedar started picking up a couple late fouls that sent Jenison to the freethrow line. Jenison was able to pull away with a 4 point lead and kept that lead to the end.

Comments from coach James Telman of Cedar Springs

Cedar Springs played some very impressive basketball tonight. We had very few turnovers and we had improved on much of what we needed to work on as a team. I am extremely proud of these boys EFFORT and their fight to keep battling in these close games.

Trenten Cooper led the team with 26, Cryce Marvel added 15, Aiden Brunin with 9, Ryan Smith had 7, Miles Cartwright with 6 and Nate Webb with 5.
