Holt girls beat St. Johns 53-32 in recent basketball action at St Johns High School.
For Holt Janae Tyler had 15 points, Claire Groenewoud had 16 points and Ella Barber had 11 points. For St. Johns Rachel Rustad had 11 points and Lexi Maloney had 9 points
St. Johns coach Mark Lasceski: “Holt jumped out to a 17-1 lead after the 1st quarter and never looked back. St. Johns cut the lead to 7 early in the 3rd quarter 24 -17 but Holt went on a 15 – 4 run to take control of the game”
