Portland wrestlers excited over potential this season



 Andy Pulling is the wrestling coach for Portland this season. The team comptes in the CAAC White.

Caiden Pelc: 119 A strong Sophomore, returning all-state looking to get into the state finals

Drew Miller: 119 A competitive freshmen eager to make a run at Ford Field 

Trent Trierweiler: Underrated wrestler looking to find a place on the podium at Ford Field

Jared Thelen: 140 - Jared is a returning state qualifier and is looking to march up the podium at Individual States

Dillon Vroman: 171 - we expect Dillon to have a breakout year and help guide our underclassman, where he finishes is up to him and his goals

Branson Goodman 215 - Branson is an incoming Freshman looking to find his bearings while  going after tough competition

Pulling: "We are a young, but eager team, willing to take our lumps and grow. We should finish about .500 in duals and send a handful to Ford Field

Our conference is competitive, with Eaton Rapids being the power team. I forcast us being the CAAC White runner up.
