The boys varsity bowling team traveled to Valley Lanes in Midland to compete in the final regular season meet of the TVC East.
Match one: Muth vs Birch Run
The eagles could not shake of the early morning yawns with a 8 a. m. start as they came out of the gate losing the first Baker 180 to 119. They soon woke up tho and Baker number two was a big turn around winning it 225 to 162 and taking a 6 point to 4 point lead into the Peterson games. The Eagles struggled to put any strikes together in the first Peterson but the Panthers had no problem throwing strike after strike running up a 1007 actual score which was to much for the Eagles losing the first one 1007 to 822. The Eagles were able to put a few more strikes together game 2 but the Panthers were relentless firing another 1030 actual game to the Eagles 889. Birch Run took the match

Match Two: Muth vs Freeland
The Eagles recovered from match number one right away by going out and sweeping both Baker games from the Falcons from Freeland and taking a 10 to 0 lead into the Peterson games. Brian Farnsworth continued to fire the ball very well and paced the Eagles to a 913 to 737 win. Game two saw more of the same with the Eagles taking it 810 to 671 and winning the match 29 to 1

The Eagles finished conference play tied for second with the Birch Run Panthers with a record of 9 wins and 5 losses
Essexville Garber and Standish tied for first with a record of 11wins and 3 losses
They will compete next Friday and Saturday in the TVC Championship Jamboree
