It will be a very challenging schedule for Okemos football this season.
“Our schedule is difficult this year as we have five playoff teams on our schedule from last year,” Okemos coach Mike Krumm said. “Our toughest games will be week 5 home vs. St. Joseph, Week 6 at DeWitt and Week 9 home vs. East Lansing.”
Okemos has a home scrimmage on Aug. 20 and will be at Mason on Aug. 27, home with Haslett on Sept. 3, at Holton on Sept. 11, home with Lansing Waverly on Sept. 18 and St. Joseph on Sept. 25, at DeWitt on Oct. 2, home with Grand Ledge on Oct. 9, at Lansing Everett on Oct. 16 and home with East Lansing on Oct. 23.
