Ithaca Public Schools has announces that Jordan Hessbrook will be taking over as the Head Football Coach.
 
Athletic director Terry Hessbrook, who had been football coach, made the foillowing announcement on Tuesday:
 
The School board voted unanimously Monday night to approve Jordan who is a 2013 graduate of Ithaca High School.  Jordan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education @ Saginaw Valley State University.  
 
Jordan was a member of 2010, 2011, 2012 State Championship teams @ Ithaca High School which won 42 consecutive games during his career.  Jordan was two-time All League Defensive Back and was named 1st team All State as a senior. Jordan was also named a team captain by the coaching staff in 2012.
 
He joined our coaching staff in 2014 and has been a part of the State Championship teams as an assistant coach in 2015 and State Runner Up teams in 2014 & 2017.
 
Jordan currently is a teacher in the Social Studies department at Ithaca.
