The Saginaw Heritage Girls took second in the annual Swan Valley Vikings Holiday Tournament.

The Bowlers competing for Heritage were: Megan Wekwert,  Emily Westendorf, Jordan Samuels, Taylor Sonnenberg, Amber Ehlert-Glynn, Taylor Hare and Danni Campbell (statistician).

Also on at the tourney but not competing was Monique Padilla

Saginaw Heritage qualified in second place through the four baker two peterson game qualifier with a total score of 2,365.

In the semifinals Heritage defeated Ovid Else with a score of 1184 Baker No. 1 211, Baker No. 2 182 Peterson Game Amber Ehlert.

 In the finals, Bay City Central defeated the Lady Hawks of Heritage: Highlights – Baker No. 2 185, Peterson Taylor Hare 236, Taylor Sonnenberg 202

 “This is the second straight tournament in which the Lady Hawks have placed into the top three which sets us up for a good run at making it to the State Finals in March,” said coach Scott A. Hare.
