Frankenmuth Varsity Girls Basketball team defeated the Flushing Raiders 53-29 to open the season on Tuesday night! The Eagles jumped out to an early 13-2 advantage after the first quarter and never looked back. Eagles were lead in scoring by Emma Kerkau with 12 points, Zoey Persails with 10 points and Lexi Boyke with 8 points. Six other Lady Eagles joined in the scoring column. Emma finished with 6 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 blocks. Lexi finished with 6 rebounds, 5 assists and two blocks!
The Lady Eagles take their 1-0 record into Friday nights TVC East opener, at home, against the Swan Valley Vikings!
