Frankenmuth would add a run in the 4th on a sacrifice fly off the bat of Maggie Thiel. With the score 2-0, Frankenmuth would add insurance runs on an RBI single by Aubrie Jacob and a pickoff attempt at third base went into left field for the 4th run. It was all that was needed as Brooklyn Compau did the rest.
